Developing Future Capacity for Police Research and Development

FPI Fellow John Kapinos has written an insightful article about the increasing need for police leaders to develop a future capacity for their organizations to conduct research with an eye toward developing their organizations, helping to better understand crime and disorder and prepare for an increasingly uncertain future.
